My name is Denise Meehan (Knezovic). I am a Shamanic Practitioner, Counsellor, Transpersonal Therapist, Celebrant and guide, Handcrafted Artisan Products, Retreat Facilitator, Sound Therapist, walking a path shaped by ancestral memory, earth wisdom, and a lifelong connection to spirit.

Rooted in Donegal, memories of my grandmother who lived nearby a fairy site long regarded as thin-veiled and sacred. From an early age, I felt the presence of something greater through nature, dreams, and quiet moments of knowing. Over time I realised this is more, it is a calling.

My grandmother was deeply intuitive, known for reading tea leaves for neighbours, family and afar. From her, I learned that guidance does not always arrive in words, but in symbols, feeling, and subtle inner nudges. From a young age an Emphatic Nature has been at the heart of who I am. That early sensitivity became the foundation of my spiritual journey. Wellness to me, is not just about Therapies & Products it’s about creating spaces whereby clients can feel seen, supported and restored.

The Therapies & Products I offer is not just a service or a product it is an extension of blending professional training with intuitive presence, combining energy work, grounding rituals, infused and inspired by the beautiful landscape of Donegal.

Solas M’Anam was born from this path a soul-led collection of handcrafted candles and botanical soaps created with intention and reverence. Each piece is designed to support moments of grounding, reflection, and quiet ritual in everyday living.

I use some locally sourced Ingredients Donegal Sea Salt, Donegal Bees, Donegal Seaweed & High Quality Aromatherapy Oils.

My purpose is simple: to help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom and the gentle magic that lives within.
