We currently ship within Ireland.

Flat Rate Shipping: €6.95
All orders are sent via tracked delivery.

Orders are processed within 2–4 working days.
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days once dispatched.

Due to the nature of our handmade wellness products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Under EU consumer law, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. To be eligible:

• Items must be unused
• Unopened
• In original packaging
• In resaleable condition

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs

We will resolve the matter promptly.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after inspection.
